Redly is a food-sharing and food-rescue application provided by TricoSoft.

Request Account and Data Deletion

If you have a Redly account and want to permanently delete your account and associated personal data, you can request deletion by contacting us at:

How to Submit a Deletion Request

Send an email from the email address associated with your Redly account.

Please use the subject:

Redly Account Deletion Request

In your request, please include the email address associated with your Redly account so that we can identify the correct account.

For your security, please do not send your password.

What Happens After a Deletion Request

After we receive and verify a valid deletion request, we will delete the Redly account and the personal and account-associated data that is eligible for deletion.

This may include:

  • Account profile information

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number, if provided

  • Profile image

  • Address or location information associated with the account

  • Meal listings created by the account

  • In-app messages associated with the account

  • Saved meals

  • Follow information

  • Other personal information associated with the Redly account

Deleting the account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data That May Need to Be Retained

In limited circumstances, certain information may need to be retained for a legitimate reason, such as complying with legal or regulatory obligations, preventing fraud or abuse, resolving security issues, or maintaining necessary records.

Where information must be retained for such a reason, it will be retained only as necessary and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Delete Your Account From the Redly App

You can also initiate account deletion directly inside the Redly app:
